Short description of work:
Monitors and tracks an incident through Ericsson Incident
Management Process.
Ensure no incident should get bottlenecked in any area of the process.
Analyzes similar open incidents having multiple occurrences and track cases to ensure
timely response( in accordance with Service Level Objectives and Operational Level
Objectives).
Ensures the status, progress, and history of the incident that are not appropriately
escalated.
Assign the bouncing incidents to the correct owner.
Monitors the incident management system for incidents that are : Unassigned, Not
Active, Reaching SLO threshold and misrouted case.
