4. Different models of drawworks.

6. Witness on test for BOP drawdown test and all well control tests
 Review all rig equipment’s documentations ( COC, MRR, Pressure test, CAT III,
CAT IV, etc….)
 Holding daily meeting with all rig key persons.
 Finally reported all point with pictorial to achieve final report for client

 Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment on the rig.
This includes engines, generators, compressors, pumps, hydraulic systems, drilling equipment, and
other mechanical systems.
 Lead and manage the mechanical team, which include assistant mechanics, night mechanics and other
personnel. assign tasks, provides guidance, conducts performance evaluations, and ensures adherence
to safety procedures and maintenance schedules.
 Develops and implements preventive maintenance programs to ensure that all mechanical equipment
is regularly inspected, serviced, and maintained in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and
industry standards
 In case of mechanical failures or breakdowns, takes a lead role in diagnosing the issues, conducting
root cause analysis, and implementing effective repair solutions. coordinate with the rig’s
maintenance and operational teams to minimize downtime.
 Oversee the procurement and inventory management of spare parts, tools, and equipment required for
mechanical repairs and maintenance to ensure that an adequate supply of critical components is
maintained on the rig.
 Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repairs conducted.
They prepare maintenance reports, work orders, and other documentation as required by the rig’s
management and regulatory authorities
